Description:
The subject of this procedure is the purchase of 125 privilege signaling sets to an unmarked official vehicle to install them in newly purchased official vehicles used by KWP in Katowice as well as off -road units and organizational units subordinate to the KWP in Katowice.The technical parameters of the range described in Annex 3 to SWZ are the minimum requirements of the Employer. Failure to meet the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. The contracting authority may annul the proceedingsfor the award of the contract pursuant to art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, if the funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract, were not granted to him.
