Description:
MESKO S.A. invites you to submit offers for an order for the "Purchase of 13 pcs. of pillar cranes". Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed information can be found in the attachments included to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer with attachments in the form of document scans, preferably in the form of one PDF file. Tenderer before participating in the on-site visit, he is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 4). The signed scan of the agreement should be placed on the purchasing platform in the Questions/Information section, and two handwritten copies of the agreement should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party. The Company's purchasing platform is used as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Offeror. The offer, all correspondence, statements, applications, notices and other information, The Ordering Party and the Bidder provide information via the Company's purchasing platform.
