Description:
The subject of this order is the purchase of two ambulances with full medical equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract. Subject of the order free from physical and legal defects, factory new, unused previouslyby third parties, in particular, it did not serve as an object used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. He was also not convinced earlier. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in the Act of 7 April 2022 on productsmedical (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). Marking of delivered materials, instructions for use, product descriptions must be made in Polish. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in SWZ. Contractor obligedIt is to submit an offer for the whole subject of the order, including all items. All requirements specified in the documents of the order constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory.
