- 1. The subject of the contract is the sale, delivery and assembly of a 2-generist X-ray scanner for luggage control for the needs of a road border crossing in Krościenko, in accordance with a detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. The order includes:
2.1. Sales toEmployer RTG devices together with the necessary complete equipment;
2.2. Delivery and unloading of the device to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. the Customs Department in Krościenko, the detailed control building located at the road border crossing in Krościenko, 38-700Krościenko, Podkarpackie Voivodeship;
2.3. Meeting of the supplied device in the place indicated by the Employer;
2.4. The device and testing the device at the place of its operation along with dosimetric control;
2.5. Praging the ordering of the ordering manual and technical documentation of the device to the ordering instructions and technical documentationin Polish;
2.6Certificates for a security sign, Certificates of compliance, in accordance with the provisions in force in this respect;
