Description:
The subject of the order is: Purchase of 2 water treatment stations under the subsidy of the Voivode of Lublin from the population protection and civil defense program for 2025-2026 as part of the task: purchase of a water treatment station. The scope of the order includes: 1) Delivery of 2 water treatment stations with accessories i.e.: a set of 8 sets of filter cartridges, cables and connections, battery or batteries. 2) Training of staff in the operation of the water treatment plant, taking place at a place indicated by the Ordering Party. The Contractor guarantees that the subject of the order will be brand new, unused, free from physical and legal defects, technically functional, not being post-exhibition equipment and meeting the requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the contract (detailed description of the subject of the order. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in: 1) Draft Provisions of the Contract (PPU) in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.2) Detailed description the subject of the order - Appendix No. 1 to the PPU. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order within three weeks from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 08.12.2025.
