The subject of the order is: "Purchase in 2026. fuel for PZDP cars A trial consisting in: a) Purchase of diesel oil at the point of sale of PZDP cars in Przysucha CPV CODE 09134100-8 diesel oil Estimated purchase quantity up to 45,000 l. The quantity of fuel may be reduced during implementation of the contract depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. b) Purchase of Pb 95 unleaded petrol at the sales point of the "PZDP Car Dealer" in Przysucha CPV CODE 09132100-4 unleaded petrol Estimated purchase quantity up to 6,500 l. The amount of fuel may be reduced during the execution of the contract depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. 1. A detailed description of the order (SOZ) is included in Appendix No. 2 to SWZ2. The purchased fuel must meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, implementing acts and Polish Standards. 3. The expected amount of fuel is indicative and intended for comparison offer and in no case constitutes an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase fuel in the specified quantity.
