Description:
The subject of the order is:
1. delivery of 3 pieces of 12-meter electric buses - detailed description of the subject of the order in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 2a to this ToR,
2. delivery, assembly, connection to the power grid of bus charging infrastructure electric, including: 2 depot charging stations, each with a power of min. 2 x 75kW, 1 fast charging station equipped with an "inverted" pantograph enabling charging with a maximum power of 300 kW - detailed description of the subject of the order in accordance with Annex No. 2b to SWZ and PFU Station Charging buses in Opole.
3. delivery of 10 promotional stickers.
4. The Ordering Party envisages exercising the option right to delivery by the Contractor for 2 (two) further buses referred to in § 1 section 1 point 1) Agreement (type of option), on the terms specified in the contract template in § 1 section 4 10 of the Agreement.
Order completion date: up to 480 days from signing the contract, subject to:
1) in the scope of delivery of 3 buses: up to 420 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
2) in the scope of delivery of the pantograph charger: up to 390 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
3) scope of delivery of 2 depot chargers: up to 390 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
4) scope of delivery of 10 promotional stickers: up to 420 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
