The subject of the order is the delivery of 5 type C medical ambulances 4x4 meeting the requirements of the PN:EN 1789 standard or equivalent standard, including equipment medical that meets the requirements of PN EN 1865 or an equivalent standard Provincial needs Emergency Medical Service Station in Przemyśl SP ZOZ, ul. Julius Słowackiego 85A, 37 - 700 Przemyśl. SUBJECT MEANS OF EVIDENCE Contractor The applicant for the contract is obliged to submit the following offer together with the offer: the piece of evidence in question confirming that the offered delivery meets the specified requirements requirements by the Ordering Party, i.e. a statement confirming that the offered vehicle i the medical equipment meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the description subject of the order, i.e. detailed qualitative, technical and operational data providing about the parameters of the offered vehicle required by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the Annex No. 2 to SWZ (list of technical parameters constituting also a detailed one description of the subject of the order) The means of evidence referred to in point 3.4(a). should be in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature.
