Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of factory new electric buses powered by hydrogen:
Task 1 - 3 (three) Vehicles 12 m;
Task 2 - 2 (two) 18m vehicles.
As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to:
1) to deliver buses to the Employer with equipmentelectronic (devices and systems installed in buses), necessary software and equipment for its operation meeting the requirements specified in Annexes No. 1 to the designed provisions of the contract;
2) providing the necessary technical documentation specified in Annex 1 toPlanned provisions of the contract;
3) conducting training to the extent necessary for the proper use of the subject of the contract - on the conditions described in Annex 1 to the designed provisions of the contract;
4) granting a guarantee of the quality of buses with equipment and warranty on softwareUnder the conditions described in Annex 4 to the planned provisions of the contract
in a situation where, in the period between the contractor's submission of an offer in the contract award procedure and the implementation of the contract, there will be a change in the provisions of the law in the field of registration, approval, sales or introductionFor the use of new buses (as well as teams and components to these buses), this contractor is obliged to fulfill the subject of the contract taking into account these changes.
