Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of the factory new electric buses powered by hydrogen, meeting the requirements set out in the planned provisions of the contract in accordance with the division into tasks:
1. Task 1 - 3 (three) vehicles 12 m;
2. Task 2 - 2 (two) 18m vehicles.
As part of the implementation the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to:
1) delivering buses to the Employer together with electronic equipment (devices and systems installed on buses), necessary software and equipment for its operation meeting the requirements specified in Annexes No. 1 to Planned provisions of the contract;
2) providing the necessary technical documentation specified in Annex 1 to the planned provisions of the contract;
3) conducting training to the extent necessary for the proper use of the subject of the contract - on the conditions described in Annex 1 to Planned provisions of the contract,
4) granting a guarantee of bus quality with equipment and warranty on software on the conditions described in Annex 4 to the designed provisions of the contract.
In a situation where in the period between the contractor's submission of an offer in the proceedings for granting Orders, and the implementation of the contract, there will be a change in the law in the field of registration, approval, sale or introduction of new buses (as well as teams and components to these buses), this contractor is obliged to fulfill the subject of the contract taking into account these changes.
