Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of a passenger car. Purchase of a 5-seater SUV passenger car with a driver, hybrid drive system for the Lenego Technical Secondary School. Adam Loret in Tuchola, not older than 2025, in accordance with the requirements presented therein. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included below the above-mentioned documents: - The description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution he offers meets the requirements specified by the ordering party. In such a case, the contractor attached a list of equivalent solutions to the offer with its description or standards. Pursuant to Chapter 18 of this ToR - in the Warranty criterion, the Contractor may obtain additional points by providing a warranty for the listed elements (features) of the vehicle. Additional requirements: the settlement of the task is lump-sum. the materials and equipment used should have appropriate certificates, approvals and should meet standards and regulations in passenger transport.
