- 1.1. The object of the contract is the purchase of 6 class II buses powered by diesel measuring the EURO 6 emissions standard for the development of public transport of the Poviat and Communal Union under the name "Let's go together!" broken down into two tasks.
1.2. Talking 1 - the subject of task 1 is the purchase4 buses described in accordance with Annex 1 to SWZ. The first delivery of buses described in Annex 1 will take place within 90 days from the date of signing the contract.
Offered buses in scope of Task 1 must meet the following requirements:
1) Polish provisions on the admission of vehiclesfor traffic, contained in section III of the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended) and corresponds to the technical conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scopetheir necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022);
2) have a current approval certificate with attachments of the vehicle type offered by the relevant minister - the contracting authority requires that the approval certificate meet the requirements of the Regulations No. 107.06 UN ECG (or newer) - uniformProvisions regarding the approval of M3 II vehicles of the category in relation to their general construction (Journal of Laws of EU.L.2015.153.1 of 18.06.2015), which will be delivered at the latest with the delivery of buses or other equivalent document referred to in art. 70j para. 1, art. 70k para. 70oust... - Documents:
