1. The subject of the order is the purchase Vagon 7 vehicles - a person with a loading space in an unmarked version and a 3 -person van with a cargo space in version unmarked for the Police Training Center in Legionowo.
2. The vehicle should be understood as the concept in accordance with the definition contained in the Act of June 20 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Road Traffic Law" Act.
