1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 7 items of factory new electric buses (EV -Electric Vehicle) Maxi classes, produced not earlier than in 2025 with a mileage not more than 3500 km, with a length of 11,500 mm to 12,500 mm and a passenger capacity of a minimum of 70 seats + driver. The bus should be adapted to transport at least 1 person in a wheelchair or onA pram together with the holding device, in accordance with the technical specification specified in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter "OPZ").technical;
3) Transfer of necessary tools (including diagnostic device) with necessary interfaces and software with licenses in quantity and to the extent that allows free use of all bus functionalities;
4) granting internal service authorization and servicing andBus service (ASO) to the Ordering Party or the entity (operator) indicated by the Employer.In the Act of 20.06.1997, the Road Traffic Law;
