- 1. As part of this contract, the procedure has been divided into seventh parts
a) Part I - Pobrolniki umwelttechnik MCZ;
b) Part II - gas analyzers API, dust meters BAM 1020 and Grimm Aerosol Technik;
c) Part III - part III - Thermo Fisher Scientific, Horiba measuring devicesand Airpoiter, TEOM, Fidas-Palas;
d) Part IV-Measuring devices Envyronnement, Envea, Comde-Derenda;
e) Part V-Symech Spectras analyzers;
f) Part VI-Chromatotec analyzers;
g) Part VII-Materials Various;
2. The subject of the contract is the purchase of consumables forCentral Air quality monitoring networks (CLB) in the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection (GIOΕ).
3. In addition, the order includes delivery at the cost of the Contractor of the Materials in the locations listed in Annex 3 to the contract indicated by the Employer, respectively foreach part of the proceedings.
4. The Employer allows you to submit partial offers for any part or part of the order. The offer must contain all assortment items as part of the part of the order on which it is placed.
5. Description of the subject of the contract and the method of its implementation containsAnnex 8 to SWZ - "Description of the subject of the contract". This description should be read along with changes in SWZ content, which is e.g. the result of answers to the questions of contractors.
