• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and development services of the Integrated Business Intelligence class analytical platform (Zipla) together with the provision of other services and supplies, according to the following specification:
  1.1. In the scope of the basic (guaranteed) order:
  a) implementation by the ContractorPreparatory phase for a maximum period of 3.5 months from the date of entry into force of the contract;
  b) the contractor was provided by the maintenance service for a period of 24 months from the date of the maintenance and development phase;
  c) providing support by the Contractor with support for the elements of the elements held by the Ordering PartyStandard software and infrastructure for a period of 24 months from the date of maintenance of the maintenance and development phase;
  d) Delivery by the contractor of a new standard software entitling to use IBM DB2 Warehouse on non-production environments together with providing service to itSupport for a period of 24 months from the date of maintenance of the maintenance and development phase;
  e) Delivery by the contractor of the new standard IBM software necessary for the proper operation of the Zipla system, together with providing support for it for a period of 12 months (not earlier than from 29.12.2025r.);
  f) Implementation by the contractor of the development service in the total dimension of 750 man -hours and 400 CFP (Cosmic Function Points).
