Purchase of 8 electric buses with charging infrastructure for the needs of the project entitled "Development of sustainable mobility of residents of the Union of Communes" Podkarpackie Car Communication "after ...
1. The subject of the contract is:
a) delivery of 8 pieces of factory new electric buses (EV - Electric Vehicle) Maxi classes, produced not earlier than in 2025 with a mileage not more than 3500 km, with a length of 11,500 mm to 12,500 mm and a passenger capacity of a minimum of 70 seats + driver. The bus should be adapted to transport at least 1 person in a wheelchair or on pram with a holding device.
b) Delivery of 8 factory new and the same type of mobile charging devices (chargers) type in.
The scope of the order specifies the technical specification specified in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter "OPZ").
2. Meaning It also includes:
1) conducting training on servicing buses of persons indicated by the Employer;
2) providing technical documentation;
3) handing over the necessary tools (including diagnostic device) with necessary interfaces and software together with licenses in quantity and in the scope allowing for free use of all bus functionality;
4) granting internal authorization of service and service of buses (ASO) to the Ordering Party or the entity (operator) indicated by the Ordering Party.

1) correspond to the conditions contained in the regulation Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment, in the Act of 20.06.1997 Road Traffic Law (i.e. U...
