Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a brand new minibus passenger car adapted to transport disabled people for the Occupational Therapy Workshops at the "Pro-Activ" Association in Rydzyna. The order is carried out as part of the Program for equalizing differences between regions III co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annex to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order within the specified time to the Ordering Party's office at his own expense and risk. The Contractor will agree on the terms and conditions with the Ordering Party vehicle delivery.
