Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, complete, free from design, material, workmanship and legal defects, manufactured in 2025, a minibus for the transport of disabled people with a number of seats in the standard version: 9, including a driver (8+1), including one transport seat. one person in a wheelchair. 1. The vehicle must be equipped with all the elements required by the Ordering Party during the factory assembly process or at an authorized service center before selling the vehicle.2. The vehicle and its equipment must comply with the provisions of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251, as amended) and implementing acts to this Act, as well as with other provisions of the applicable national law of the Republic of Poland and EU law. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the vehicle to be equipped with a system that monitors and transmits the position or other parameters of the vehicle to external servers. The above limitation does not apply to factory-installed systems, e.g. satellite navigation or telemetry, to the extent that the proper operation of these systems is required, provided that the written consent of the Vehicle User (Orderer) is obtained in this...
