The subject of the order is: Purchase of a 9-seater minibus adapted to transport disabled people, including wheelchair users, for the needs of the Community Self-Help Home in Krzywiń, in accordance with the scope and provisions resulting from the SWZ together with its annexes.2. The order is co-financed by State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons as part of the Program for eliminating differences between regions III in area D. 3. The subject of the order is the delivery of a passenger car, in accordance with all the requirements specified in the Form of offered equipment constituting Annex No. 1a to SWZ.4. Delivered the passenger car must be free from defects and brand new.5. The subject of the order must come from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, which also cover the European Union market, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights. The scope of the order also includes delivery passenger car to the headquarters of the Ordering Party.6.
