- 1) The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new 9-seater minibus adapted to transport disabled people for the needs of the Child Care Center in Wocawek. 2) A detailed list of technical parameters, required equipment and other requirements for the vehicle are specified in Description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.3) The order is carried out as part of the project entitled: Purchase of a 9-seater minibus adapted to transport disabled people, co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons: Program for equalizing differences between regions III area D.2) The delivered vehicle: a) must be free from any defects, including legal defects, cannot be subjected to any repairs, cannot be encumbered with the rights of third parties and cannot be the subject of any proceedings or security, b) must meet Polish requirements, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the implementing regulations to this Act and the requirements of at least the CEE EURO 6 Directive 2007/715/EC in the scope ...
