Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a new 9-passenger car (8+1), adapted to transport disabled people, including one person in a wheelchair. The order was co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons as part of the "Program for equalizing differences between regions III area D elimination of transport barriers, implemented in 2025, for the needs of the Commune Office in Witoni. The project titled: Wito bus2. The car must be brand new, unused, manufactured in 2025 and must meet the requirements and technical parameters specified in Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.3. The car must meet technical requirements specified by applicable regulations for vehicles traveling on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) and the implementing regulations to this Act. 4.Must have a car approval, issued in accordance with the Act of April 14, 2023 on approval systems for vehicles and their equipment (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 919). 5.
