Description:
Providing access to Legal Information Systems.
The order will be divided into two parts:
Part I: providing access to the Legal Information System online via the Internet from the Ordering Party's local network for 200 simultaneous users.
The Contractor is obliged to provide the Service will be until:
1) enabling the participation of the Ordering Party's employees in instructions conducted in the form of webinars (i.e. via the Internet), regarding the principles of using the System;
2) providing the System user manual in Polish in electronic form, and The Contractor may provide (make available) instructions in the System itself, within its functionalities, marked appropriately for this purpose (with the name "Help" or similar);
3) providing Polish-language telephone consultations related to the operation of the System, provided by telephone consultation at 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on business days by phone and, if necessary, at the place where the System is used.
Part II providing access to the Legal Information System online via the Internet from the Ordering Party's local network, for an unlimited number of users, including at least 400 users simultaneous.
As part of providing the Service, the Contractor will be obliged to:
1) enabling the participation of the Ordering Party's employees in instructions conducted in the form of webinars (i.e. via the Internet), regarding the principles of using the System;
