Description:
2. The subject of the contract is the purchase of access to the access to the software of the legal information system (hereinafter: SIP) with modules: Polish and European law, comments: labor law, civil law, criminal law, public law, administrative proceedings and module regarding matters related to debt collection and Legal and economic information system (SIPG).
2.1. On the basis of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to the Employer:
2.1.1
a) SIP with access to the intranet network of licensee - for 250 simultaneous users;
b) SIP with access online - for 70 simultaneous users;
c) sipg optimum with online access - for 70 simultaneous users;
d) SIPG debt register with online access - for 70 simultaneous users;
e) Application Document (ADO) - for 30 users;
f) application editor (are) - for 30 users;
g) application Data set (OD) with online access - for 18 simultaneous users.
2.1.2. District update of programs within the dates specified in the contract for a period of 36 months;
2.1.3. Serve the warranty services specified in the contract.
3. Delicular description of the subject of the contract was included in Annex 3 to PPU, which is Annex 6 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: SWZ).
