Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of accessories for medical equipment and medical sets. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract. The subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects, factory new, not used earlier by third parties, in particular, did not serve as an object used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. He was also not convinced earlier. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in the Act of 7 April 2022 on products medical (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in SWZ. The contractor is obliged to submit an offer for the whole given/data, the selected/selected part, including all position of a given part.
Failure to meet the above The minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Act PZP.
