• Description:
• 1. The subject of the Agreement is *: 1.1) Delivery and granting a license to use the Software, as well as providing detailed license conditions for this Software (specified by the Manufacturer), on the terms described in detail in section 4. 1 of the Agreement;1.2) The Contractor's provision of the Manufacturer's Technical Assistance specified in section 1 point 1.2. Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, in accordance with the requirements specified in section 4. 2 and section 3 Agreements.* definitions of terms used in capital letters can be found in the draft ones provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as the conditions and rules for the execution of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.3. The ordering party allows the offer equivalent solution. The minimum parameters required for an equivalent solution, i.e. the criteria used by the Ordering Party to assess equivalence, are described in point 2 of Annex No. 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
