Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment for Volunteer Fire Department units from the Jdrzejw commune, including: a) purchase of a portable lighting set, 6 pcs. b) purchase of a door breaking set, 2 pcs. c) purchase of a set of rescue supports, 2 pcs. The subject of the order is implemented under the Program Civil Protection and Civil Defense for 2025, Area 2, logistical security and ensuring continuity of supplies, creating and maintaining resources intended to implement civil protection tasks in relation to threats in the commune area.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in Annex No 1 to SWZ.3. The delivered subject of the order must: a) be brand new, undamaged, free from defects, complete, fully functional, suitable for proper operation in accordance with the functional scope and intended use, b) constitute the sole property of the Contractor and be free from the rights and claims of third parties, c) has all required operating permits and marketing authorizations, d) has all required certificates confirming completion of the conformity assessment procedure and placing on the market in the European Union 4...
