Description:
1. The subject of the fall is delivery along with training in the field of advanced management system of administrative unit and its implementation and configuration in the ICT infrastructure of the Pruszkow poviat. Under the agreement, the Contractor will provide perpetual license for favorably the abovementionedSystem. The operational system includes the following functional scope: 1) Local abbots, recording systems and co-working systems; 2) electronic document management system and integration with external platforms; 3) Budet book systems and exchangeorganizational units and the poviat; 4) tool and report systems; 5) Public Information Bulletin; 6) HR and pack systems. The software supply includes the delivery of license codes or Nonikw with programs with all codes/instructions that will enable its legal and correct installationand the functioning for all purchased licenses.
