Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of advanced smartphone-type mobile phones supporting biometric registration in the EES system together with fingerprint readers enabling the simultaneous collection of four fingerprints:
- basic order - 71 sets;
- option right - 71 sets
2. The procedure is conducted as an open tender, in which all interested contractors may submit offers in response to a public contract notice.
3. According to Art. 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then qualify themIdentification of the contractor whose bid was rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
4. Communication between the Employer and the Contractors will take place via the SmartPZP Purchasing Platform at: https://portal.smartpzp.pl/kgsg
