Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of new, full-value agricultural machines in parts:
Part I Agricultural tractors with navigation kit
Part II Sprayer and fertilizer spreader
Part III Precision seeder
Described in detail in the annex to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order.
Scope of the order includes the delivery of brand new agricultural tractors with a power of 175-225 HP and 120-160 HP along with parallel guidance systems, GPS, ISOBUS and a farm management system (year of production not older than 2025) to ZSCKR in Potoczek in accordance with the technical parameters included below. Tractors must be brand new, not demonstrative, not exhibition, unused, complete, free from construction, material, manufacturing, workmanship and legal defects, ready for use and technically operational, after zero inspection. Satellite navigation set mounted on an agricultural tractor with necessary wiring.
Tractors delivered to the Ordering Party must be of one brand and equipped with an identical control system for Agriculture 4.0.
Delivery of tractors to the ordering party by January 28, 2026.
