Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new agricultural tractor with accessories, manufactured no earlier than 2025. The Contractor, at his own expense, will deliver the subject of the order to the Ordering Party at the following address: 38-440 Iwonicz-Zdrj, ul. Zdrojowa 122. The item of the order will be collected at based on the delivery and acceptance protocol. On the date of receipt, the subject of the order must be technically functional, complete and ready for use, and must meet all required parameters. On the day of acceptance at the latest, the Contractor will train at least 2 representatives of the Ordering Party in the proper operation of the equipment. Detailed the scope of delivery including the subject of the order is specified in Annex 6 to SWZ - Technical Specification. ATTENTION!
