Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Purchase of an agricultural tractor carried out as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program as part of the task: Purchase of a tractor for transporting a tanker with drinking water.2. The subject of the order includes purchase and delivery to the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the commune of Porba and service of a brand new agricultural tractor with a front loader installed. The tractor is intended mainly for transporting water tankers and other works related to ensuring public protection, such as transport and unloading of materials in OLiOC warehouses, winter road maintenance. The tractor is not intended for commercial use and agricultural work. 3. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
