- 1. The subject of the fall is the purchase and delivery of agricultural cignic for the needs of the Dobro commune. 2. Oglne requirements for the vehicle: FACTORIC CIGNIK NEW, complete, ready for utilitating, year of production min. 2023, vehicle free from construction, material, executive and legal defects. Minimal parameters Required by the Ordering Party, they were specified in Zakzel 2 to SWZ material form. 3. Other requirements of the Ordering Party: 1) The vehicle must spend the technical conditions specified in the ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary Equipment (vol. June 1997 Road Traffic Law (vol.
