- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of an agricultural tractor.2. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with the delivery of the ordered product. It should meet the requirements of applicable regulations, including Polish Standards transposing European standards or standards of other Member States European Economic Area transferring these standards, applicable in a given scope, to be brand new, free from defects (design, materials, legal and technical workmanship), have an identifying symbol denoting a specific product. 3. Together with the deliveries, the Contractor will attach documents specifying the conditions of warranty and post-warranty service, as well as tractor operating instructions with technical and operational characteristics in Polish.4. The contractor will provide training on the day of delivery user remuneration for the operation and maintenance of the tractor.5. The contractor will provide warranty service free of charge.6. The Contractor will provide stationary service up to 90 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters.7. The place of delivery will be indicated by the Ordering Party Bdziski County.8. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
