1. The subject of the order is: Purchase of an agricultural tractor as part of task 2.1.1 Construction and modernization of warehouses and equipping warehouse bases with equipment necessary to carry out tasks in crisis situations, disasters, mass events, large-scale events, violent atmospheric phenomena, CBRN threats and during war. The Ordering Party informs that the subject of the order is carried out as part of the project entitled: Retrofitting the Volunteer Fire Department units and municipal services of the Commune and City of Nisko with equipment for rescue operations and crisis. Preparation of design documentation for a warehouse building with the necessary infrastructure under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026 for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of canceling the contract award procedure pursuant to Article 310 the Public Procurement Law if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order are not granted to it.2.
