A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. Delivery of ergonomic office chairs to the Municipal Board of Municipal Services, ul. 15C scorers 25c, 44-109 Gliwice in an amount of 94 items - along with their submission to a building, unpacking and delivery to specific rooms, in accordance with Annex 8 to SWZ - a schedule of supply and training of designated employees in the field of regulation and adjustment of ergonomic office chairs For employees' needs. 2. Ergonomic office chairs provided by the Contractor must be a new, complex, as described in Annex 7 to SWZ - a detailed description of the subject of the order. 3. The subject of the order will be delivered to parties, in accordance with the delivery schedule - Annex 8 to SWZ. The delivery schedule will be agreed by the parties after signing the contract, taking into account the provisions of § 2 of the contract formula. 4. The Employer reserves the right to purchase chairs in a smaller number than those given in the SWZ and the Agreement. In connection with the above, the Contractor is not entitled to any claim for non-use amount constituting the total value of the contract. Order
