Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase along with the delivery of an illustrative of flower cytometri - 1kpl.
2. The landlord provides for the possibility of applying the right of options in accordance with art. 441 para. 1 of the Act - Equipment illustrating the flow cytometrine with laser excitation functions 561NM (50MW) and detection inan additional 3 fluorescence channels.
1) The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the right options in the event that the equipment illustrating the flow cyometrium with laser excitation functions 561nm (50mw) and detection in additional 3 fluorescence channels will lie in the interest of the contracting authority andIt resulted from his current needs.
