Description:
The subject of the contract is: purchase of an ambulance for transporting patients under POZ and specialized medical and technical equipment for facilities of the "KOL-MED" Medical Center for the "KOL-MED" Medical Center Independent Public Health Care Center in Tarnow.
Part 1 - Cardiological equipment and diagnostic
The subject of the contract is delivery, installation and, if required, configuration of specialized medical equipment used in diagnostics and monitoring of cardiovascular and life parameters of patients. The equipment is intended for use in medical facilities, w in specialist clinics (cardiological, internist), diagnostic studios and transport ambulances
and rescue.
All offered medical devices must be medical devices within the meaning of the law, i.e.
• Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2017/745 of
April 5, 2017 on medical devices (MDR) and repealing Directive 93/42/EEC and 90/385/EEC,
• the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974),
• and must be marketed and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each of the medical devices must:
• have CE marking confirming compliance with MDR regulations,
• be registered in the relevant registers (e.g. eudamed, if the registration obligation applies to a given product),
