- The order was not divided into parts 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 pieces of brand new type C ambulances with additional equipment, including medical equipment and a stretcher with an electric lifting support system, lowering and unloading. Common CPV dictionary: 34114121-3, 33192160-1, 33182100-0. 2. The ambulance must meet the requirements of the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1053, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502) and the applicable standards: PN-EN 1789 or equivalent for road transport and PN-EN 1865 or equivalent for patient transfer devices used in road ambulances and confirmed by a certificate of conformity issued by an independent research unit. 3. The subject of the order is the supply of ambulances with additional equipment - in quantity 3 pieces, including the delivery of medical equipment for transport, along with an electric-hydraulic stretcher with a mounting system in the ambulance - 3 pieces, and appropriate training of the Ordering Party's employees. 4. The subject of the order must be free from physical defects legal, brand new, not previously used by third parties or used as an item for demonstration purposes. 5.
