- The subject of the order is the purchase of containers for selective collection of municipal waste, a bell with a capacity of not less than 2.5 m3 in the number 210, including:
• 91 pcs in yellow,
• 78 pcs in blue,
• 41 green.
2. The containers will be delivered to 65 addresses In the municipality of the city of Zgierz on dates agreed with the Employer, except that the final date of delivery of all containers is 21.11.2025.
3. List of all places where containers should be inserted will be transferred to the Contractor on the day of signing the contract.
4. Places of container settings With individual deliveries, they will be indicated by the Employer depending on the type of containers delivered.
5. The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party of the types of containers planned to be delivered in subsequent transports at least two days before the planned delivery.
6. The contractor will provide Unloading the containers supplied in the places indicated by the Employer.
7. The contractor is responsible for the destruction or damage of the containers resulting during loading, transport and unloading.
8. The contractor will grant a five -year warranty for containers.
9. Contractor of each container with A2 sticker (594 mmx420 mm), according to formulas:
1) yellow containers are to be covered with yellow with a print according to the pattern prepared by the Employer,
