- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of containers for selective collection of municipal waste with a capacity of 240 l and 1100 l in the number 88, including:
a) 240 l containers:
• 13 pcs in yellow,
• 16 pcs in blue,
• 15 pcs in green,
• 13 brown.
b) containers 1100 l:
• 12 pcs in yellow,
• 8 pcs in blue,
• 5 pcs in green,
• 6 pcs in brown.
2. The applicants will be delivered to 19 addresses in the commune of Zgierz on dates agreed with the Employer, except that the final date of order processing It is 14/11/2025.
3. Execution of all places where the containers should be inserted will be transferred to the Contractor on the day of signing the contract.
4. The Contractor will provide unloading of the containers supplied in the places indicated by the Employer.
5. The Contractor is responsible for damage or damage containers formed during loading, transport and unloading.
6. The contractor will grant a five -year warranty on containers.
