- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of 306 internal containers for selective collection of municipal waste with the appropriate centuries or flaps, including:
a) 58 pcs intended for sorting metals and plastics,
b) 74 pcs intended for sorting paper,
c) 58 pcs intended for sorting glass,
d) 58 pcs intended for sorting bioodpas,
e) 58 pcs intended for mixed waste so -called "residual".
2. The sets will be delivered to 19 addresses in the commune of Zgierz on the dates agreed with the Employer, except that the final delivery time limit all containers are 14/11/2025.
3. Execution of all places where the containers should be inserted, the Contractor will be transferred on the day of signing the contract.
4. The Contractor will provide unloading of the containers supplied in the places indicated by the Employer.
5. The Contractor is responsible for the damage (including scratches/abrasions) or damage to containers caused during loading, transport and unloading.
6. The contractor will grant a five -year warranty on containers.
7. Singing the containers to meet:
1) container dimensions:
a) height: from 700 mm to 800 mm,
b) length: from 450 mm to 550 mm,
c) width: from 250 mm to 350 mm;
2) made of plastic;
3) intended for internal collection;
4) construction that allows you to put on a bag;
5) marked with the name of the fraction for which the container is intended
a) metals and plastics,
b) paper,
c) glass,
d) bio,
e) mixed;
