Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of completely ground containers for selective collection of municipal waste type with a capacity of not less than 2.5 m3 in the number 210, including:
• 91 pcs in yellow,
• 78 pcs in blue,
• 41 green.
2. The people will stay The city of Zgierz delivered to 65 addresses in the commune agreed with the Employer, except that the final date of delivery of all containers is 31.03.2026.
3. Execution of all places where the containers should be inserted, the Contractor will be transferred on the day of signing the contract.
4. Military Container settings for individual deliveries will be indicated by the Employer depending on the type of containers delivered.
5. The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party of the types of containers planned to be delivered in subsequent transports at least two days before the planned delivery.
6. The Contractor will provide unloading of the containers in the places indicated by the Employer.
7. The Contractor shall be responsible for the destruction or damage of the containers resulting during loading, transport and unloading.
8. The contractor will grant a five -year warranty for containers.
9. Contractor Each container with a sticker in A2 format (594 mm x420 mm), according to patterns:
1) yellow containers are to be covered with yellow with a print according to the pattern prepared by the Employer,
