Description:
Pursuant to SWZ: "2.1.4.1. Part 1, the purchase and assembly of the electronic system for spending the keys O/ZUS Ostrw Wielkopolski, (...) 2.1.5. A detailed description of the subject of the pollight for: 2.1.5.1. Worship 1 of the Polish Flackness was not described in the manner referred to in art. 99 para. 5 of the PZP Act, i.e. by indicating freight signs, patents or origin, RDA or a special process that characterizes products or desks provided by a specific contractor, 2.1.6.2.2. The subject of the fall was described by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the PZP Act, and thus in accordance with art. 4 of the PZP Act: 2.1.6.2.2.1.
