Description:
A detailed list of the assortment is included in the annexes to the procedure. Deliveries will be made periodically (on average approx. 1 time per month) to the headquarters of the Municipal Dispute and Recreation Center in Sosnowiec (Secretariat, 1st floor) ul. 3 Maja 41.The offer should be submitted as an attachment to the procedure at form attached by the Ordering Party or on its own form containing the specified quantities in accordance with the attached product list. The offer must include unit prices and the net/gross value of the order. The Organizer does not allow the submission of a partial offer, the offer should include the assortment office supplies and paper and envelopes specified in the annexes. Method of evaluation of offers: price of the most advantageous offer, i.e. the sum of the most favorable gross prices of office supplies and paper and envelopes. The price should include all costs of execution of the above-mentioned order, including transport costs to Ordering party at the following address: ul. 3 Maja 41, 41-200 Sosnowiec (delivery to the first floor should be taken into account). Order fulfillment within 3 business days of placing the order. The contract signing is expected by the Ordering Party in January 2026.
