Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of Jelcz sp. z o. o. We invite you to participate in the procedure as above. The offer will take place on the purchasing platform, through which appropriate attachments should be submitted, in accordance with the order of the published stages. After the end of the offer, the result of the procedure generated by the platform will not be tantamount to placing an order and signing the Agreement or Order. The bidding process will be divided into stages: a) The stage of signing confidentiality agreements (so-called NDA) on the basis of which it will be possible to express willingness to participate in the proceedings. Including stage A confidentiality agreement will be signed between both parties with willing companies. b) Bid submission stage. At this stage, the Ordering Party will provide technical documentation. During this time, the option to submit offers on the PGZ Purchasing Platform will be available. At this stage, I would like to kindly ask you to let me know if you would like to participate proceedings by joining them. If, after reading the requirements, you are unable to meet them, please resign from participation or report this fact via the Platform or e-mail. Attached is a sample NDA for review. Please complete the contract in accordance with the instructions included in the document and send it via the Platform. If you do not submit the contract on the Platform by November 28, 2025, it will be considered as your lack of willingness to proceed to further stages and you will be excluded from the Procedure.
