Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of 1 piece of a brand new, enclosed type C ambulance for OCRM in Opole, manufactured no earlier than 2025. The offered ambulance must have brand new equipment, free from defects, covered by the vehicle manufacturer's warranty, meeting the requirements of the Act. Road Traffic Law of June 20, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 502), applicable standard PN-EN 1789 or standard equivalent to a type C road transport vehicle and has an approval certificate for the completed vehicle (base car with medical equipment) issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 2, 2023 on vehicle type approval (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1651). Delivered the ambulance must have a valid vehicle type approval certificate, the validity of which must be sufficient for the Ordering Party to complete the registration formalities.2.
