Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 1 drinking water tank 5 m 3 under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in provisions of the contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. 4. In particular, the Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order using its own transport, install, connect, put into operation at its own expense and risk in the place indicated by the Ordering Party and train a person indicated by the Ordering Party.5. ABOUT delivery date, the Contractor is obliged to notify the Ordering Party at least 2 days in advance. The order will be delivered on a business day between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. 6. The item of delivery must be brand new, free from defects, traces of use and mechanical damage, of full value, meeting technical and quantitative requirements described in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to provide services accompanying the delivery, i.e. transport, commissioning itp.
