Description:
PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o. o. in Zamość requests a price offer for the supply of the products mentioned in the proceedings. The seller offering the product is obliged to present and attach its catalog card/characteristics along with the offer. or other documents enabling the assessment of the subject of the order, as well as: a) Technical Opinion issued by a body with appropriate accreditation/notification in the field of assessment of lubricants and oils. b) Confirmatory test report biodegradability. The Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer under the excise duty exemption procedure. By joining the procedure, the tenderer accepts the following conditions1. The unit price includes all costs related to the correct execution of the order and costs transport.2. The offer is valid for a minimum of 20 days from the end of the procedure. 3.
