KWP Katowice Supply Department invites you to submit an offer for the purchase and delivery of: Purchase and delivery of 100 pieces of batteries for the TASER X-2 stun gun (TPPM battery) and 10 pieces of batteries for the TASER X-26 stun gun (XDPM battery). Conditions of participation in the procedure: 1. Payment terms - transfer 21 days from the date of a correctly issued VAT invoice and delivery to the correspondence address: Department of Supply of the KWP in Katowice, ul. Koszarowa 17, 40-068 Katowice2. Delivery to the Supply Department of the Military Police Headquarters in Katowice, ul. Kochłowicka 5, 40-817 Katowice The delivery cost is covered by the supplier. Please notify us about the delivery date by e-mail or telephone 48 hours in advance3. BATTERIES are required to be new, free from any defects and have a warranty of at least 24 months4. Deadline execution of the order by December 15, 2025.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity to a smaller or larger amount up to the amount of financial resources available for this purpose.6. The ordering party may invalidate the proceedings at any stage without giving reasons.7. Required to complete the declaration included in the attachments.
